Zero harm is not just two words at Jetcut.

We believe that this is an achievable goal and we are working very hard to make sure that everyone we employ and work for understand that. From the top to the bottom of our organisation we are working very hard to change attitudes, because that is what makes people safe. Of course we have process's for identifying safety risks, like everyone else, but without belief that the process makes a difference, we would only be paying lip service to any process we implement.

It begins at the top. All our management and supervision staff understand that doing the work safely is the number one priority. We encourage all staff to lead by example and ensure that everyone has a say in the processes that affect them in their day to day activities.
